Refund policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. Items must be in brand new & resell-able condition & sent back in original packaging.

As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - west of winter does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality. The return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Any item that is damaged or not in its original condition may not be eligible for refund.

Gift Cards and sale items are not eligible for refund.
